Revised Napa Itinerary
Vintage Review approximate schedule
Itinerary 11/8/2008
1375 Trower Ave. Napa Ca. 94558
- Arrive @ School: 6:30 am
- Load Bus: 6:45 am
- Arrive @ Vintage HS/Dress in Uniforms: 8:45 am
- Sectionals: 9:00 am
- Full Group Rehearsal: 9:30 am
- Staging: 10:10 am
- Formation area: 10:30 am
- Standing Inspection: 10:35 am
- Percussion step-off: 10:40am
- Parade Competition Step-off: 10:50am
- Change into polos and khakis/load trailer: 11:15 am
- We will be doing a location change to Memorial Stadium Myrtle Ave.
- Lunch: 12:00 pm (served by Music Boosters). Served at Myrtle Stadium
- Awards: 2:00 pm
- Snack: After Awards, (served by Music Boosters).
- Dress in Uniforms: 3:30 pm
- Warm-up w/ sections: 3:45 pm
- Warm-up full band: 4:15 pm
- Warm-up Area: 4:45 pm
- Field Performance: 5:30 pm
- Change into Polos and Khakis after performance. We will all load the truck! Bring money to buy food for dinner at the competition (no one will be leaving the school to eat), sit on the home side to watch the competition, or buy “stuff”.
- You are required to watch the other bands compete. Anyone found outside of the viewing/eating area will be penalized with the possibility of being removed from the event. All school rules apply.
- Awards: 7:30 pm. We are only allowed 1 person per unit on the field to accept awards.
- Load bus: 9:00 ish
- Arrive Home @ 11:00 Please make arrangements for rides.

Family of four: $20.00
Adults: $6.00
Students 7 to 17: $3.00
Seniors: $3.00
Some things to think about…
- Do I have my instrument and all accessories (extra reeds woodwinds?)
- Is my instrument loaded on the bus/truck?
- Is my hat and uniform loaded on the truck?
- Colorguard… Do I have both performance uniforms and under armor?
- Did I bring money for dinner, entrance fee (for home side- away side viewing is free)?
- Did I bring my polo, khakis and extra socks/shoes?
- Did I bring a water bottle?
- No nail polish, make up (band) or jewelry!
- Did I bring clothes for under my uniform? Extra clothes and socks in case of rain?
Directions To Memorial Stadium in Napa
(Home Field for both Napa High School and Vintage High School)
- Interstate 80 West toward San Francisco
- Exit Highway 12 toward Napa/Sonoma
- Turn Right (North) on Highway 29 toward Napa/Sonoma
- Exit Highway 29 at Lincoln Avenue
- Get in the Left Lane as soon as possible
- Turn Left on California Blvd.1
- Go 3-4 blocks and Turn Right on Menlo Avenue
- The stadium will be on your left

Raffle Tickets
A message from Tracey:
A quick note. Tractor raffle tickets sales are slow. We have only about 300 tickets sold that makes us about $2,000 short in making what we put out on the tractor. Please help your kids sell their 10 tickets. If every child sells their 10 tickets we would make a good profit.
Tickets stubs and all unsold tickets are to be turned in wed 11/12 in class. I will be at tues evening practices before and after and at football games
