Welcome New Band Parents,
It is almost time to start a new marching season and this year promises to be one of the best. We are looking forward to meeting all of you new parents. We hope you will be able to attend our booster meetings on the second Tuesday of each month. The first meeting will be August 11th, in the band room, at 7:00 pm.
At the meetings we talk about the fund raising ideas that are needed so our kids can participate in the marching events that have been planned this year. We are always looking for new ideas, so bring them to the meeting. We discuss upcoming events so that the parents can be informed with what is going on in our music department. We always need parental help at the marching events. The competitions are a lot of fun for the kids and the parents! The kids are great and very appreciative of all that the boosters do for them.
There is a lot that we must accomplish this year and we need all of the parents to get involved.
