Arrive @ School: 6:30 am
Load Bus: 6:45 am
Arrive @ Vintage HS: 8:45 am
Dress in Uniforms: 9:00 am
Sectionals: 9:30 am
Full Group Rehearsal: 10:00
Formation area: 10:30 am
Percussion step-off: TBA
Parade Competition Step-off: 10:50am
Change into polos and khakis/load trailer: 11:30
We will be doing a location change to Memorial Stadium Myrtle Ave.
Lunch: 12:00 pm (served by Music Boosters). Served at Myrtle Stadium
Awards: 2:00 pm
Snack: After Awards, (served by Music Boosters).
Dress in Uniforms: 3:30 pm
Warm-up w/ sections: 3:45 pm
Warm-up full band: 4:15 pm
Ready Area: 4:45 pm
Field Performance: 5:15 pm
Change into Polos and Khakis after performance. We will all load the truck! Bring money to buy food for dinner at the competition (no one will be leaving the school to eat), sit on the home side to watch the competition, or buy “stuff”.
You are required to watch the other bands compete. Anyone found outside of the viewing/eating area will be penalized with the possibility of being removed from the event. All school rules apply.
Awards: 8:30 pm. We are only allowed 1 person per unit on the field to accept awards.
Load bus: 10:00 ish
Arrive Home @ 12:00 Please make arrangements for rides.

Cost - Field Show audience
Family of four: $20.00
Adults: $6.00
Students 7 to 17: $3.00
Seniors: $3.00

Some things to think about…

Do I have my instrument and all accessories (extra reeds woodwinds?)
Is my instrument loaded on the bus/truck?
Is my hat and uniform loaded on the truck?
Colorguard… Do I have both performance uniforms and under armor?
Did I bring money for dinner, entrance fee (for home side- away side viewing is free)?
Did I bring my polo, khakis and extra socks/shoes?
Did I bring a water bottle?
No nail polish, make up (band) or jewelry!
Did I bring clothes for under my uniform? Extra clothes and socks in case of rain?
