Lincoln Band Review Itinerary

Saturday, Nov. 17th, 2007
4:30 am: wake up/eat breakfast/ get dressed in underclothes for uniforms.
5:00 am: Load equipment truck! Get on Bus. Bring items to do hair
5:30 am: depart for Lincoln. This is the latest time we can leave.
8:00 am: arrive at Lincoln, get dressed immediately
8:30 am: warm-up (winds) percussion separate
9:10 am: Report to parade line-up
9:40 am: step-off
9:50 am: Formal inspection (Every band member must be wearing black socks and leave your jewelry at home-no exceptions)
10:00 am: Parade Competition
10:25 ish: change into polos and khakis/snack Jazz band: change into black attire and get out instrument!
11:20 am: warm-up area
11:45 am: Jazz Band Performance - Jazz band change into polos and khakis after performance
2:00 pm: Jazz and Parade awards
4:30 pm: Get dressed for field competition
4:45 pm: Warm-up in sections
5:00 pm: Line up to proceed to warm-up area
5:15 pm: warm-up (we only have 15 minutes! Run-through/spot check only)
5:30 pm: Report to staging area
5:45 pm: Field Performance DIV C - Change back into polos and khaks/load equipment truck/dinner/watch other bands
9:30 pm: Field Awards
10:30 pm: load bus
1:00 am: arrive back at Union Mine
What to bring:
Marching band: Uniform, instrument, money for dinner, Polo and khakis
Jazz Band: Black attire, instrument, music, Union Mine Wear if you don’t have a polo and khakis), money for dinner
*All students should bring winter wear for the evening awards. It gets really cold!*
