Arrive @ School: Load Bus: 7:30 am
Arrive @ Del Oro: 9:00 am
Parade Check in: 9:55 am
Formation area: 10:55 am
Percussion step-off: 11:25 am
Competition Step-off: 11:45 am
Change into polos and khakis: 12:30 pm
Lunch: 12:45 pm (served by Music Boosters ).
Awards: 2:00 pm
Snack: After Awards, (served by Music Boosters ).
Dress in Uniforms: 5:00 pm
Warm-up w/ sections: 5:30 pm
Warm-up full band: 6:00 pm
Standing By: 6:35 pm
Ready Area: 6:50 pm
Performance: 7:00 pm
*Change into Polos and Khakis after performance. We will all load the truck! Bring money to buy food for dinner at the competition (no one will be leaving the school to eat), sit on the home side to watch the competition, or buy “stuff”.
*You are required to watch the other bands compete. Anyone found outside of the viewing/eating area will be penalized with the possibility of being removed from the event. All school rules apply.
Awards: 10:00 pm. We are only allowed 1 person per unit on the field to accept awards. Leaders will change @ 9:30 pm.
Load bus: 11:30 ish
Arrive Home @ 12:30-1:00 am Please make arrangements for rides.
* Tickets for adults are $8. Children 12 and under are free.
